This pre-application community consultation has been developed to meaningfully engage with interested members of the public, shoppers, staff, local residents, and all interested parties as part of the Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) process.

Following the completion of the consultation period, all feedback received will be carefully reviewed and considered. The design team may make refinements to the proposals in response to the comments received.

A full planning application for the proposed extension  will then be submitted to Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council. The application will be accompanied by a Pre-Application Community Consultation Report summarising all feedback and how it has informed the proposal.

The Council will consider the application in full before making a decision. It is anticipated that work on the extension will commence upon receipt of a planning permission.
